Join Highland Landscaping and build a career in lawn care, landscaping, irrigation, and snow removal while serving communities across South Dakota.
Lead a small crew to complete lawn maintenance and landscape projects safely, efficiently, and with top quality. You will be hands on each day, from mowing and trimming to equipment care, client updates, and mentoring teammates.
Core duties include mowing, edging, trimming, cleanup, mulching, pruning, and bed care. Operate and maintain commercial equipment, keep work on schedule and to company standards, and communicate clearly with clients and management. Assist as needed with irrigation maintenance, light installs, and winter snow removal.
Requirements include experience in lawn care or landscaping, strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors in all conditions. Prior leadership is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required, the ability to drive a truck and trailer is preferred, and you must obtain a DOT medical card and pass an MVR check before starting.

Experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required since training is provided. We look for reliability, punctuality, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn in all weather conditions.
